Both the PIN and FingerPrint ID or Touch ID functionality within the app, will remove the need for you to enter your login details each time you want to login to your Energy Online account.

If you’ve lost your keypad card, don’t worry you can order a replacement card by emailing [email protected] including your name, address, and Keypad premise number (KPRN) and we will send a new card in the post.

If you're changing from a credit meter (bill pay) to Keypad (pay as you go) you'll receive a final statement from Power NI. The meter reading taken on the day your Keypad is installed will be used to calculate your balance. We’ll send you a letter informing you of this amount within 4-5 days of your Keypad being installed.

To opt out of receiving Perks emails from our new provider (Reward Gateway) you need to login to the ‘Account’ section of the Perks platform and go into ‘Communication Preferences’ and disable the email communications.
