How do I save my login details, so that I don’t have to enter my login details each time I want to access my account via the app?

You can create a PIN to login to the app, if you do not have FingerPrint ID or Touch ID setup or available on your device. Or, if you do have Fingerprint ID or Touch ID setup on your device you can use your fingerprint to login. You will be prompted to set up a PIN or Fingerprint ID/Touch ID on first login.

Both the PIN and FingerPrint/Touch ID functionality within the app, will remove the need for you to enter your login details each time you want to login to your Energy Online account.

If you have forgotten your PIN please select 'Cancel' and login with your username and password.
