To cancel your Direct Debit simply give us a call on 03457 455 455*. You'll then need to contact your bank to advise them that you are cancelling.

Please note, you'll no longer receive Direct Debit discount when you cancel (up to £40 per year with Monthly Direct Debit for domestic customers) and you will no longer be able to view your account online.
