How do I delete my online account with Power NI?
If you wish to delete your online account with Power NI please contact our customer care team on 03457 455 455.
Please note if you choose to delete your online account:
- We will not close your electricity account.
- You will no longer receive 2% online discount for receiving your bills and letters online, and going forward you will receive your bills and letters by post.
- You will no longer be able to login to your online account and will lose access to your historic bills, letters and information regarding your energy usage.
