If you wish to delete your online account with Power NI please contact our customer care team on 03457 455 455*.

Please note if you choose to delete your online account:

• We will not close your electricity account.
• You will no longer receive 2% online discount for receiving your bills and letters online, and going forward you will receive your bills and letters by post.
• You will no longer be able to log in to your online account and will lose access to your historic bills, letters and information regarding your energy usage.
