Can I keep my existing Power NI account number at my new address?
When you let us know you’re moving house, we’ll close the account at your old address and open an account at your new address.
This will help us to make sure you don’t end up being billed for electricity used by different occupants.
Simply complete the moving home form or call us on 03457 455 455. Make sure you have the following to hand:
- Your new address
- Your old address
- Your Power NI account number (find this at the top of your bill)
- Meter serial number (from the front of your meter)
- A meter reading from the day you move in/out
However, please note if you are registering an additional property with us e.g. holiday home, you will need two separate account numbers.
