I’ve lost my top up code, what can I do?
If this is the last top up code you purchased and you haven’t yet typed it into your Keypad here's how you can find it.
Energy Online customer?
If you are an Energy Online customer, simply login to your account and click on 'Previous top up code' within your Keypad dashboard.
Not an Energy Online customer?
If you topped up on our website as a guest click here to find your previous top up code. To retrieve your previous top up code you will need your Keypad premise number which can be found on the front of your Keypad top up card.
