I’ve lost my top-up code, what can I do?
If this is the last top-up code you purchased and you haven’t yet typed it into your Keypad here's how you can find it.
Energy Online customer?
If you have an online account, simply login to your account and click on 'Previous top-up code' within your Keypad dashboard.
Not an Energy Online customer?
If you topped up on our website as a guest click here to find your previous top-up code. To retrieve your previous top-up code you will need your Keypad premise number which can be found on the front of your Keypad top-up card.
