When we obtain meter readings, we can see exactly how much energy you're using. Without accurate meter readings, we'll estimate how much energy you're using - so your bills may go up or down more than is necessary.
Remember, meter readings help us create accurate bills, which make it much easier to stay on top of your energy costs. If you are asked to provide meter readings you can do so through your Energy Online account. If you're not on Energy Online you can also submit a meter read to Northern Ireland Electricity Networks (NIE Networks) here or by phoning 03456 093 030. You'll need your Meter Point Reference Number (MPRN), which you'll find at the top of your bill.
