Why is the meter reading on my bill different to the meter reading I submitted through Energy Online?
When your meter reading window is open you can submit a meter read online. However, it is possible that when you tried to submit your meter read online we had already received one from NIE Networks. If the read provided by NIE Networks is detailed on your bill as ‘Estimate’ please contact us on 03457 455 455* with your own meter reading. It is important to do this as soon as possible after receiving your bill.
