Why can I not login to my account on the app using my existing Quickpay details?

We recently made Energy Online available to all of our customers, and are trying to move all our customers across from Quickpay to Energy Online, as within Energy Online we are able to provide our customers with more benefits and in general an overall better online experience.

As a result of this, you will be unable to login to the new Power NI app using your existing Quickpay username and password. You can either register for a new Energy Online account by clicking on the Register button, or you can use the guest route to top up your keypad or pay a bill online – simply click on the ‘Top up or pay a bill without registering’ link at the bottom of the login page.
