What are the features of the new app?
Within the new Power NI app all customers can now register for an online account and access the following benefits:
- Top up and make bill payments online
- View bills* and letters online
- View previous top up codes**
- Get Power NI Perks
- Submit meter readings*
- Monitor consumption*
- View & update account details
*Available to Power NI credit customers only.
**Available to Power NI Keypad customers only.
If you do not want to register for an Energy Online account, you can also top up or make a bill payment as a guest on the app. Just click on the ‘Top up or pay a bill without registering’ link at the bottom of the Register or Sign In page.
