Can I update my details online?

You can change your mailing address, email address, telephone number(s), marketing preferences, security question and security answer on your Energy Online account. To do this select ‘My Account’ from the navigation and then click ‘My Details’. On the ‘My Details’ page you can select which details you would like to update.

                       

To tell us about a change of Direct Debit or bank details you need to ring us on 03457 455 455*.
