What should I do if I need to contact you about an issue I am having with my Energy Online account?

If you're logged into Energy Online you can chat with an advisor online by clicking on the pink 'Live Chat' button in the bottom right hand corner. Please note our 'Live Chat' option is available Monday to Friday between 8am and 7pm.
If you are experiencing difficulties outside of these times you can click on ‘Contact Us' in the top right hand corner. From here you can email us your enquiry and we will email you back within 3 working days. In the 'Contact Us' section you can also find our conatct telephone number if you need to give us a call.
