Can I update my personal details online?

Yes, if you are an Energy Online customer you can change details such as mailing address, email address and telephone number. To tell us about a change of Direct Debit or bank details you need to contact us on 03457 455 455 *. Phone lines open Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm. Calls are recorded for quality assurance purposes.
