What happens if I stop paying my bill by Direct Debit?
If you wish to change from Direct Debit to standard quarterly billing this is possibly, however you will miss out on your Direct Debit discount.
Energy Online with Monthly Direct Debit is our best deal, saving domestic customers up to £60* each year with up to 6% discount off our standard unit rate.
*Energy Online customers who pay by Monthly Direct Debit get 4% discount off the Power NI standard rate, up to £10 per quarter equivalent to £40 per year and will receive a further 2% off the Power NI standard rate, up to £5 per quarter equivalent to £20 per year. *Energy Online customers who pay by Quarterly Direct Debit get 2.5% discount off the Power NI standard rate, up to £6.50 per quarter equivalent to £26 per year and will receive a further 2% off the Power NI standard rate, up to £5 per quarter equivalent to £20 per year.
